Husby-Sjuhundra kyrka is a medieval parish church in the village of Husby, west of Norrtälje in Uppland, now part of Husby, Skederids och Rö församling. Standing near the site of a former royal manor, it preserves a long and layered building history.

The present church of unrendered grey stone was built at the end of the twelfth century and dedicated to St Lawrence. Its proximity to a royal estate has led to the suggestion that it was built by Knut Eriksson, son of Erik the Holy, though an earlier timber church may have stood on the same spot. Originally built in Romanesque style, the church had a narrower chancel closed by a semicircular apse.

Around the middle of the thirteenth century the apse was demolished and replaced with the present chancel, of the same width as the nave, and a sacristy was added with a pointed stone vault. During the fifteenth century brick vaulting with Gothic detailing was installed in the nave, and a porch was added on the south side towards the end of the Middle Ages.

The church's exterior has changed considerably since the medieval period. An early western tower was demolished in 1728, when the church was extended nine metres to the west under the direction of Stockholm master mason Conrad Malm. After a freestanding bell tower blew down in 1806, a new bell tower with a timber upper section was built above the south porch, completed in 1812. Restorations in 1947 and again in 1971–72 uncovered and conserved fragments of medieval wall paintings in the chancel, dating from the fourteenth century, and introduced modern lighting.

Several notable furnishings survive from different periods. A limestone font dates from the Middle Ages, paired with a christening dish from 1957, while an oak figure of the Madonna is thought to date from the thirteenth century. A triumphal crucifix survives from the later fourteenth century, alongside a fourteenth-century sculpture of the Archangel Michael and an altar cabinet from the first half of the fifteenth century. The current altarpiece, in late Baroque style, dates from 1772 and includes a painting of the Ascension signed by Anders Eklund in 1773, set within an ornate frame combining Rococo and Baroque elements.

The pulpit, made in 1755 by local craftsmen using ornamentation from Stockholm, is built in Baroque style with a four-sided body and gilded openwork decoration; its maker is not recorded. A set of communion vessels was made in 1695 by the Stockholm silversmith Johan Nützel. Outside, near the church door, stands the runestone U 539, with two further runestones, U 540 and U 541, positioned along the church's north wall.
