Sätila kyrka is a parish church in Sätila, Marks kommun, standing on a ridge overlooking Lake Lygnern in Västra Götaland. Its origins are medieval, and the building has been altered and enlarged over several centuries, giving it a distinctive cruciform plan.

A stone church is believed to have stood on this site since medieval times; a document from 1419 mentions a church village at Sätila, implying a church already existed there by then. It is unclear how much, if any, of that original structure survives in the present building. The church was extended westward at an unknown date, and in 1725 lengthened further to the east by roughly a third of its total length. A sacristy added in 1820 was later demolished in 1900.

A stone tower was built at the west end in 1821, but was badly damaged that same year, along with parts of the church, after a lightning strike caused a fire. A replacement tower went up the following year, and the church was repaired. In 1900, architect Agi Lindegren oversaw a substantial rebuilding that transformed the church into a cross-shaped (cruciform) plan, adding transepts to the north and south and a new sacristy behind the choir, separated from the main body of the church by a screen.

The flat wooden barrel-vaulted ceiling holds notable decorative paintings. The older section, over the western part of the nave, was painted in 1731 by the church painter Johan Lund, though these are thought to have replaced even earlier paintings from 1702 by Anders Falck — a figure holding a palm branch above the organ may be a trace of this earlier scheme. Lund's paintings survive largely intact, aside from some boards lost during the 1900 rebuilding. The ceiling's central image depicts the Trinity, flanked by angels with trumpets and a depiction of the Transfiguration, while the six days of Creation are shown along the sides.

Among the furnishings, the altarpiece bears the date 1684 and was later embellished, reportedly in 1762, with carved figures of the evangelists Mark and Luke and a figure of Christ with a banner of victory. The pulpit dates from 1696, the work of sculptor Gustaf Kihlman, its five-sided body decorated with carved figures of Christ and the four evangelists. A hexagonal white marble font was installed during a 1965–66 renovation. Two chasubles also survive: one in Italian silk damask from around 1600, the other in red silk velvet from the seventeenth century.

The church has had several organs. An instrument by Jonas Wistenius of Linköping was installed in 1761; a later organ followed in 1901. The current gallery organ, built in 1970, was designed to echo the appearance of the 1761 instrument and stands behind its historic case — making it the third organ housed within that façade. A smaller organ near the choir was added in 1988.
