Flisby kyrka is a parish church in Norra Solberga-Flisby församling, Jönköping county, standing on the site of an older medieval settlement centre near the village of Flisby in Småland.

The present church was built between 1850 and 1853 to designs by Johan Adolf Hawerman, in the restrained neoclassical style typical of Swedish rural churches of that period. It comprises a stone nave with a tower and an apse-shaped chancel, and contains two distinct worship spaces: the main church hall and a smaller chapel beneath the organ loft, known as Thelin's chapel.

Southwest of the church lie the low ruins of Flisby's medieval church, thought to date from the 12th century. It was demolished a few years after the new church was completed, and its remains are occasionally used today for outdoor services.

Among the church's furnishings are a sandstone font attributed to a carver known as Bestiarius, dating from the second half of the 12th century, an oak crucifix from a South Scandinavian workshop of the mid-13th century, and an oak altar cabinet of North German workmanship from around 1500. The altarpiece is by Gustaf Adolf Engman (1791–1858).

The church's loft organ, built in 1855–56 by Sven Nordström, a Flisby resident, is considered to be of considerable musical and organ-historical value. It has been altered and repaired several times since, with a restoration around 1999 aiming to return it as closely as possible to its original 1856 condition, though some later additions remain. A smaller positive organ, probably made by an amateur organ builder in the mid-19th century, was later acquired by the parish and has also been repaired over the years.

The village of Flisby itself lies about five kilometres northwest of the church; it grew up as a railway settlement after the line was built in 1874. The church and its surroundings are considered a well-preserved example of a traditional Swedish parish centre.
