Eds Kyrka is a parish church of the Church of Sweden, standing about five kilometres south of Grums in Värmland. Belonging to Ed-Borgvik parish within the Diocese of Karlstad, it stands on a site with a much older history of worship.

The present stone church dates from 1783–1785, built under master builder Sven Hertz and consecrated in 1788. It replaced two earlier timber churches on the same site, the first raised as long ago as the 1200s and rebuilt again in the 1500s.

The building follows a simple rectangular plan with a three-sided chancel to the east, behind which a later sacristy was added; beneath it lies a former burial vault. At the west end stands the tower, its porch serving as the main entrance, topped with a square copper-clad lantern. The nave roof is covered in mica-schist, and inside, a wooden barrel vault painted in grey-blue gives the interior a distinctive character; the chancel floor is raised slightly above the rest of the church.

Among the furnishings, the pulpit was carved in 1701 by the sculptor Nils Falk, while the altarpiece dates from the 1720s, both predating the current building and presumably carried over from an earlier church on the site.

One of the most striking features in the churchyard is a set of iron grave crosses, several dating back to the 1700s, cast in the form of trees of life with decorative leaves. Originally these marked family graves of ironworking families, with names and dates inscribed along the arms of each cross; four of the crosses are now kept inside the church. This tradition reflects the area's connection to the nearby Uppsala ironworks, established in the 1600s and once home to German and Walloon smiths. A ceiling lamp with glass globes, made by glassblowers from the nearby Liljedal glassworks, is another small but distinctive object of local craftsmanship.

The church has had at least two organs: one built in 1879 by E. A. Setterquist & Son of Örebro, later replaced in 1945 by a pneumatic instrument from Olof Hammarberg of Gothenburg.
