Enköpings-Näs kyrka is a medieval parish church standing on a peninsula in Lake Mälaren, about ten kilometres south of Enköping. Built in the twelfth century and later enlarged, it belongs to Tillinge och Södra Åsunda parish and reflects centuries of patronage by local noble families.

The oldest parts of the church, including the tower and sections of the nave's north wall, date from around 1200, when a Romanesque stone church was built with a tower to the west and a narrower chancel to the east. Around 1300 the chancel was rebuilt further east, and in the later fifteenth century the church was widened to the south, becoming a broader hall church with star vaults added over the nave. Some of the vault ribs are carved in an unusual style, shaped like figures with outstretched arms, and traces of medieval wall paintings survive around the vault springers.

The surrounding area contains several substantial estates of medieval origin, and families such as Sparre, Oxenstierna and de Geer were long associated with the church. Axel Oxenstierna is said to still have his own pew here. The hexagonal Gyllenanckarska burial chapel, added to the south side in 1623, is built of brick with tall round-arched windows and has been compared to the Gustavian burial chapel at Riddarholm Church in Stockholm.

Inside, look for the sandstone font and a bronze incense burner shaped like a small church, both thought to date from around 1200. A medieval shrine at the north wall houses a carved figure of Saint Michael and the dragon, dated to the early fourteenth century. The finely worked wrought-iron door from the porch is said to have been a gift from a fifteenth-century local magistrate. The vestry's unique vestment cupboard, in which chasubles are kept flat in drawers, is also worth noting.

The altarpiece, presented to the church in 1682, combines two oil paintings of the Crucifixion and Resurrection with a smaller depiction of the Adoration of the Shepherds below, flanked by carved figures representing Faith and Hope. The elaborately carved and gilded pulpit was made in Stockholm and given to the church in 1701. An eighteenth-century Baroque organ, built in 1781 and restored to its original form in 1999, is still used for recitals alongside a later twentieth-century instrument.

In July 2012 a fire, thought to have been caused by a lightning strike, damaged the church loft, though harm to the main church interior was reported to be limited to smoke and water damage. Outside, near the churchyard, stands a runestone, and the churchyard's stone wall was rebuilt in the eighteenth century.
