Tidavads kyrka is a parish church in the village of Tidavad, in Mariestad Municipality, Västra Götaland County, belonging to Ullervad parish in the Diocese of Skara. Its origins go back to the Middle Ages, though its present appearance owes much to later rebuilding.

The church was first built in medieval times, though little of that original structure is now visible, as substantial alterations in the 17th and 18th centuries reshaped the building. In 1728 the medieval chancel was demolished and the church extended eastward, and a sacristy was added sometime between 1732 and 1741. The earliest known depiction of the church dates from 1720, made by the antiquarian Johan Peringskiöld for his survey of Swedish monuments.

The church today consists of a rectangular nave with a three-sided chancel to the east, a lower and narrower porch at the west end, and a sacristy to the north of the chancel. The painted ceiling decoration, added in 1747 by Sven Kinnander, was repainted only a decade later by Carl Gustaf Höijst, suggesting the interior scheme did not entirely satisfy the parish at first.

A separate wooden bell tower stands just south of the church, built in 1693 and covered with a red-painted shingle roof. Its larger bell is an unmarked late medieval casting, while the smaller bell was recast in 1753.

Among the church's notable furnishings are two striking medieval wood carvings: an oak Madonna figure standing on a crescent moon, set within a canopied cabinet and dating from the late 15th century, and a smaller oak Pietà from the 15th century. The church also keeps two font basins side by side — an older stone font from the 12th century, carved by a craftsman named Roglinus and bearing a Latin dedication to the Holy Trinity, and a younger wooden font from 1693.

A combined altar and pulpit was installed in the early 19th century, though the pulpit was later remodelled and moved to the north wall in 1953. The current organ was purchased from Nordfors & Co in 1942.
