Löderups kyrka is a medieval parish church in Löderup, Skåne, dedicated to Saint Olof. Dating from the 1100s, it is notable for its Romanesque font, a richly carved 17th-century pulpit, and an altarpiece by the Danish painter Carl Bloch.

The oldest parts of the building are the nave and the broad west tower, both built in the 1100s. The church was vaulted in the 1400s, and in 1860, under the direction of Carl Georg Brunius, the old choir and apse were demolished and replaced with two transepts and a new three-sided chancel. A sacristy was added later, in 1929.

Standing near the road northeast of the chancel is a medieval kastal, a freestanding defensive tower thought to date from around the 1400s. It originally formed part of a defensive ring wall enclosing the church, a reminder of the more turbulent purposes church precincts sometimes served in the Middle Ages.

The font is the most celebrated object inside, carved around 1160 by the so-called Tryde Master, who also made the font at nearby Valleberga church. The two fonts are similar in style, but this one depicts scenes from the Passion of Christ alongside dramatic episodes from the legend of Saint Olof, with carved heads at the four compass points symbolising the struggle between good and evil, paganism and Christianity.

The pulpit, attributed to the noted Lund carver Jacob Kremberg, is usually dated to the early 1600s (sources give both 1604 and around 1605); it is decorated with lively, perspectival scenes drawn from the Book of Revelation. The altarpiece, showing Christ at Emmaus, was painted in 1878 by Carl Bloch, an artist well known for his depictions of Christ, and the composition has since been copied elsewhere. In the south transept stands a further altar of 1735 in Caroline baroque style, incorporating older carved elements attributed to Kremberg.

The porch houses a damaged medieval church door, linked by local tradition to a violent tale involving a fourteenth-century knight, Jens Grim, said to have plundered the district and had the parish priest killed inside the church after being excommunicated by him. The story also connects an old oak tree east of the church to the priest's grave, though as with much oral tradition of this kind, it should be treated as legend rather than verified history.
