Giresta kyrka is a parish church in Giresta, in the Lagunda parish of Uppsala diocese, Sweden. A church has stood on this site since the twelfth or thirteenth century, though the building visitors see today dates from a later rebuilding and subsequent reconstruction.

The medieval church at Giresta was substantially rebuilt in 1784–85, a project largely financed by F.v. Post. That building was then completely destroyed by fire in 1911, and the church standing today is the result of a full rebuilding, reinvigorated in 1914 by Archbishop Nathan Söderblom. This gives Giresta kyrka a notably unified and consistent character typical of early twentieth-century church architecture, rather than the patchwork of styles seen in many older Swedish churches.

A freestanding wooden bell tower, or klockstapel, dates from 1716 and predates the present church building, having survived the fire that claimed the earlier church.

A major restoration took place in 1988, funded in part by the financier Anders Wall. As part of this work the sacristy was divided to create a small additional hall, sometimes referred to as the "Lillkyrka" or gathering room, which has proved popular with the parish. The restoration also brought a new organ, built by Ålems Orgelverkstad and installed in 1991.

The church is known for its good acoustics, and since the 1980s restoration it has hosted an annual concert series, "Musik i Giresta kyrka", drawing largely on students from the Stockholm opera and music academies. Over the years a number of well-known Swedish singers and musicians are reported to have performed there, reflecting the building's reputation as a small but resonant concert venue with seating for around 225 people.
