Hedeskoga kyrka is a small and unusually richly decorated 12th-century church near Ystad in Skåne, Sweden. Modest in size, it is notable for its painted ceilings and walls and for a particularly striking altarpiece and pulpit.

The church was built in the mid-1100s, with a tower and crenellated gables added in the 1400s. A mason known as Carl stenmästare is recorded as having worked on the building, and the south portal, with its carved tympanum, remains an unusual and distinctive feature of the exterior.

Inside, the pulpit dates from 1652, though its painted decoration and canopy were added at a later date. The altarpiece dates from 1714. The church's large bell, still hanging in the tower, bears the date 1471, a rare survival linking the building directly to the medieval period.

The church has had several organs over the years. An instrument with six stops was built in 1853 by Lars Andersson, and a harmonium was used before 1969. The current mechanical organ was installed in 1969 by A. Mårtensson's Orgelfabrik of Lund.

Visitors are drawn above all to the combination of medieval structure, later decorative work, and the sense of a small parish church that has been carefully and personally embellished over centuries rather than grandly rebuilt.
