Hassle-Bösarps kyrka stands on a hilltop in rolling farmland near Skurup in Skåne, serving Skurups församling. Consecrated in 1866, it replaced a much older parish church and remains a striking example of nineteenth-century Neo-Romanesque church building in southern Sweden.

A church has stood at Hassle-Bösarp since the 1500s, though little is recorded of that earlier building. It was demolished in the 1860s to make way for a larger church better suited to the growing congregation, using some of the original stone from the old structure.

The present church was built in Neo-Romanesque style to designs credited to Peter Boisen, based on earlier plans by the noted architect Helgo Zettervall, with H. Möller as master builder. It has a nave, an apse-shaped sacristy, and a west tower with a spire. The walls combine dressed rubble stone and limestone ashlar, some reused from the old church, with brick elements and whitewashed rendered facades decorated with a round-arched frieze beneath the eaves. The exterior has remained largely unchanged since completion in 1866.

Inside, the church underwent a repainting in 1936 under architect Eiler Græbe, and further modernisation beneath the gallery in 1983. Exterior renovation took place in 2003, though cracks in the facade were reportedly worsened by the 2008 earthquake, prompting documentation by conservation specialists; interior renovation was last carried out around 2005–2006.

Among the furnishings, the carved oak altarpiece dates from 1653 and was brought from the earlier church, while the grey-painted pulpit has gilded details. The hexagonal cement font dates from 1871, and a brass alloy candlestick is dated to 1650. Notably, the chandeliers are said to have once belonged to Princess Sofia Albertina and to have hung in Drottningholm Palace during the eighteenth century. Old gravestones from the demolished church can still be seen set into the porch floor, and the church bell, cast in Malmö in 1745, was recast in 1946.

A medieval triumphal crucifix from the late thirteenth century, once part of the church's furnishings, is now held at Lund University's Historical Museum. An archaeological find near the church in 1962 uncovered a probable Late Iron Age sacrificial site nearby, with human and animal remains dated to roughly the third or fourth century AD, pointing to a much older history of activity on this site. The mechanical organ, built in 1867 by Johan Nikolaus Söderling of Gothenburg, remains a feature of interest to visitors.
