Forsmarks kyrka is a neoclassical church built for the ironworks community of Forsmark in Uppland, and remains one of the most visited church buildings in the area today. Its restrained, elegant design and setting within the historic Forsmark bruk make it a distinctive stop for visitors interested in Swedish ecclesiastical architecture.

The present stone church replaced an earlier wooden church that had stood south of the ironworks street since 1613. Construction of the new building began in 1794 under the ownership of Samuel af Ugglas, master of Forsmark's ironworks, and King Gustav IV Adolf is said to have personally laid the foundation stone. The church was consecrated in fittingly grand style in 1800 by Archbishop Uno von Troil.

The building was designed by the architect Olof Tempelman in a neoclassical style, with a tower and an internal apse. The west facade is considered especially notable, with a heavy cornice carried on Doric pilasters running around both the facade and the tower, and a commanding west portal framed by pilasters and a triangular pediment. The tower is topped by a lantern, cube, sphere and cross.

Inside, the church largely retains its late Gustavian character, created by the interior architect Louis Masreliez. Large round-arched windows in the nave give the space a light, open feel, while semicircular projections break up the otherwise rectangular plan. The chancel in the east holds an altar shaped like a sarcophagus, and to the west is a gallery once used by the ironworks' own household. Beneath the chancel lies a burial vault containing the founder's family and relatives.

Among the church's furnishings is a stained-glass window depicting the Resurrection of Christ. The original organ was built in 1800 by the instrument maker Pehr Strand of Stockholm, and has since been altered and rebuilt several times, including work in the 1930s and 1950s; a separate two-manual chancel organ was added in 1981. A former rectory nearby, designed in 1869 by the architect Adrian Crispin Peterson, now serves as a school.
