Vinslövs kyrka, in the northern part of the village of Vinslöv near Hässleholm in Skåne, is a Romanesque church consecrated in the mid-12th century. Originally a simple nave building, it has since grown considerably, and it retains some of the oldest surviving painted decoration in the region.

The oldest surviving parts of the church are the chancel and apse, built when the church was first raised in the mid-1100s. Their ceilings still carry well-preserved medieval paintings, attributed to a local workshop known as the Vinslöv Master, dating from the end of the 12th century.

The building was altered and enlarged over the following centuries. Rib vaulting was added to the nave in the 1400s, and the west tower was given its present appearance in 1759. A north transept was added in 1772; a south transept followed in the 1870s, built in a Neo-Romanesque style by the Malmö master builder Nils Andersson. In 1917 the earlier north transept was demolished and rebuilt to match its southern counterpart, giving the church the cross-shaped plan with two side aisles seen today.

Among the church's furnishings, the font is said to be as old as the church itself, making it one of the building's most ancient surviving objects. The altarpiece dates from 1636, and the pulpit, complete with its sounding board, from 1643.

The church has had a succession of organs since the early 19th century, including instruments built in 1821, 1873 and 1937. The current mechanical organ, built in 1971 by Anders Persson Orgelbyggeri of Viken, has a distinctive cymbal star and a facade designed by Torsten Leon-Nilson.
