Kungsäters kyrka is a striking octagonal church in the village of Kungsäter, Halland, in Veddige-Kungsäters parish. Built in 1881 to a design by architect Emil Langlet, it is one of Sweden's rare centrally planned churches and stands close to the ruins of its medieval predecessor.

Designed by Emil Viktor Langlet and completed in 1881, the church is built of grey stone with brick and rendered façades in a neo-Romanesque style. It is one of only around thirty Swedish central churches, and is considered the best preserved of Langlet's designs in this form. Its octagonal plan brings every seat unusually close to the chancel, despite the building seating over 300 to 350 people. The distinctive shape also gives the interior a notable acoustic character, with a reverberation that is loud but short-lived.

When the new church opened, the older medieval church nearby was abandoned and later demolished; its ruins have been conserved and can still be seen beside the churchyard.

Much of the original 1881 decorative painting survives across the galleries and fittings. The altarpiece was painted in 1891 by the local artist Philip Lindström, and the chancel window contains stained glass. A silver wafer box (oblatask) dating from 1758 is also part of the church's furnishings, predating the current building and presumably brought from the earlier church.

The two bells both originate from the old medieval church. The smaller bell was cast in 1693 and survives largely unaltered, while the larger bell was recast in 1900. The pneumatic organ was built in 1955 by Tostareds Kyrkorgelfabrik.

The interior underwent a thorough renovation in 1998, and the central tower was renovated in 2012; one source also notes exterior renovation work in 2013.
