The chapel was built in 1934 on a cast foundation, with a saddle roof covered in single-curved red tile. Its exterior walls are now clad in mexitegel, a type of textured brick tile, though this cladding is thought to date from the 1970s rather than the original construction.
A freestanding wooden bell tower stands to the east of the chapel, a simple structure typical of Swedish rural churches of this scale. To the northeast is a further building, also added in the 1970s, which houses a mortuary and caretaker's facilities and shares the same mexitegel cladding as the chapel itself.
Inside, the chapel has a mechanical organ built by the Danish firm I Starup & Søn of Copenhagen. Its modest specification, including a Gedakt and a Principal among its stops, reflects the chapel's function as a small parish building rather than a grand ecclesiastical showpiece.
