Grödinge kyrka is a medieval parish church in Botkyrka municipality, south of Stockholm, belonging to the Church of Sweden. Its oldest sections date from the 1100s, and the building was extended and altered over several later centuries.

The earliest church was a Romanesque building of the 12th century, with a closed defensive tower to the west; part of this tower and the south wall survive today. In the early 1300s the old nave was replaced with a larger one extended northward, which left the tower slightly offset from the nave's central axis, and a porch was added on the south side. Niches in the chancel, said to date from this period, are thought to be remnants of Catholic-era use, when communion silver and relics were kept there.

During the 15th century a new sacristy was built north of the chancel, replacing an older one, and the tower was raised using brick, growing about three metres taller. Vaulted ceilings were added over three bays later in the same century. In the 1750s the tower was raised again by a further two metres and given the spire it carries today.

Among the church's furnishings is a damaged 12th-century sculpture of the Archangel Michael, one of the oldest surviving objects in the building, along with a triumphal crucifix from the early 1500s. The current altarpiece, painted by Alexander Rudbeck and donated in 1862, is a copy of a French painting by Émile Signol depicting Christ and the woman taken in adultery, the original of which hangs in the Musée du Luxembourg in Paris. The altar itself is believed to be an old grave slab, bearing an incised coat of arms in a 14th-century style.

A copy of the medieval Grödinge tapestry, whose original is held at the Swedish History Museum, was donated to the church in 1952. Two Viking Age rune stones are also associated with the site: one stands beside the church, while a fragmentary second stone is kept in the porch.

The church's organ has been rebuilt several times, from an early instrument given in 1700 through 19th- and 20th-century replacements; the current organ, built in 1970, reuses the case and some pipework from an 1833 predecessor.
