Källby kyrka is a parish church in the old village of Källby, in Götene kommun, Västra Götaland, within the Diocese of Skara. Dated to the late 12th century, it retains a distinctly medieval core beneath later rebuilding.

The church was originally built in Romanesque style using sandstone blocks, comprising a tower, nave and chancel. Today only parts of the tower and the western wall of the nave survive from this medieval structure, along with the font and two carved 'lily stones' from the same period. The church is thought to have stood unplastered until renovation work began around 1790.

Between 1790 and 1793 the church was substantially rebuilt, with a new nave and chancel replacing the earlier ones. It was at this time that an inscription from Luke 11:28 was added to the north door. A further major renovation took place in 2000.

In 1677 Count Magnus Gabriel De la Gardie is said to have donated an altarpiece reportedly made at Läckö, along with barred windows and a pulpit; the altarpiece itself has since been lost. The present altarpiece dates from 1884. A second, older altarpiece depicting Christ at Gethsemane, painted by Anders Kilander, was later found in the rectory loft and now hangs on the south side of the nave.

Among the church's older furnishings is a wooden sculpture of the Virgin and Child, carved from a single piece of oak in the 15th century and notably well preserved. The font, of an early Romanesque type with a drainage hole at its centre, stands near the chancel on the south side; it has traditionally been attributed to a stonemason named Johannes, though this remains uncertain. The current pulpit, in a Neo-Rococo style with a rounded, waisted form and grey-green marbled paintwork, is thought to date from the 1860s.

The church organ, with eleven stops across two manuals and pedal, was supplied by Nordfors & Co in 1964.
