Lärbro kyrka, on Gotland, is notable for its unusual octagonal west tower and the well-preserved medieval kastal (defensive tower) standing nearby. Together they make this parish church one of the more distinctive medieval buildings on the island.

The oldest parts of the church, the chancel and nave, were completed towards the end of the 1200s, with the western section slightly later than the eastern. Fragments of an earlier Romanesque church survive within the present building, including a carved tympanum above the sacristy door. The church's most striking feature is its octagonal tower, built in the 1340s according to dendrochronological dating. It originally looked quite different, with a gallery level and a tall spire, but the upper section was badly damaged in a storm in 1522 and subsequently rebuilt in the form seen today, with fanciful gargoyles and pinnacles at its corners.

Inside, the nave's six vaulted bays rest on slender columns with decorated capitals, opening through wide pointed arches into the tower room and chancel. Sparse traces of medieval wall paintings, thought to date from the late 1200s, can still be seen. The pulpit and pew furnishings date from 1718.

A gravestone set into the chancel floor commemorates a parishioner named Nicolaus Taksten, who died in 1272; its inscription reportedly asks onlookers to pity his wrongdoing, an intriguing survival of medieval personal expression.

To the north of the church lie graves of concentration camp prisoners who died at the war hospital in Lärbro, a sobering later chapter in the site's long history.

Beside the church stands the kastal, a stone defensive tower from the 1100s that formed part of the parish's medieval defences, along with two medieval stone tomb chests from the first half of the 1300s to the south of the church. The church underwent restoration in the 1950s under the architect Olle Karth.
