Mistelås kyrka is a parish church in the small locality of Mistelås, in Kronoberg county, within Växjö diocese. It serves the Slätthög-Mistelås parish and stands on a site with much older origins than the present building.

A medieval church once stood on this spot but was destroyed by fire in 1719. The building seen today was erected shortly afterwards, in 1723, replacing the lost parish church. It is constructed from heavy, log-built oak timber, later rendered over during the nineteenth century, giving the exterior its present appearance.

The church consists of a nave with a straight-ended chancel wall to the east, a sacristy attached on the north side near the chancel, and a porch to the west. Southwest of the church stands a separate, red-painted timber bell tower clad in boarding, typical of many Swedish rural parishes of this period.

A significant renovation in 1855 gave the church its neoclassical character. The chancel was extended eastward and enlarged, the windows were altered to paired lights with pointed tops, and the flat ceiling was replaced with a wooden barrel-vaulted roof, changes that together transformed the interior atmosphere considerably.

Among the furnishings, the altarpiece was carved by the sculptor Johan Ullberg in 1748, while the altar rail dates from 1936. The pulpit, with its sounding board in Empire style, is decorated with gilded symbols on the panels of its body, and the gallery is likewise in the Empire style. The pews form an enclosed, box-like arrangement characteristic of older Swedish church interiors.

The church's first organ, with nine stops, was built in 1878 by Carl August Johansson of Hovmantorp. A new mechanical organ was installed in 1957 by the Frederiksborg organ-building workshop in Hillerød, Denmark, though the façade of the original 1878 instrument has been retained.
