Kräcklinge kyrka is a parish church in Kräcklinge, Lekebergs kommun, in Örebro län. Now part of Edsberg parish within the Diocese of Strängnäs, it was in medieval times a pilgrimage site of some renown.

The church began life as an early medieval stone building, thought to date from the 1100s or the early 1200s, making it one of the older surviving churches in the region. During the Middle Ages it attracted pilgrims who travelled here specifically to see a crucifix believed to work miracles, a tradition that gave the church particular local significance long before its later alterations.

The building has been extended twice. Around 1400 a sacristy was added, and a more substantial rebuilding took place in 1766, which gave the church much of its present size and form. At that time the medieval tower was demolished, the church was widened to the south, and the three-sided chancel seen today was constructed.

Standing apart from the church is a freestanding bell tower, put up in 1648. The larger of the two bells dates from around 1480 and bears several pilgrim marks, a tangible link to the church's medieval role as a place of pilgrimage. The smaller bell was added in 1657.

Among the furnishings, the limestone font dates from 1666. The gilded, carved wooden altarpiece was installed in 1768, and the pulpit was donated to the church in 1770, both reflecting the refurbishment that followed the eighteenth-century rebuilding.

The present organ was built in 1924 by E A Setterquist & Son of Örebro, replacing an earlier instrument of seven stops made by Erik Adolf Setterquist in 1864. It is a mechanical organ with pneumatic wind chests, an interesting survival of early twentieth-century Swedish organ-building.
