Järlåsa kyrka is an eighteenth-century octagonal centralised church in Järlåsa kyrkby, Uppsala County. Built on the initiative of a local landowning family, it stands near the site of an earlier medieval church whose ruins survive nearby.

The present church owes much to Baron Gustaf Rosenhane, owner of the Bredsjö estate from 1654 to 1684, who was largely responsible for its construction. It has been attributed to the architect Nicodemus Tessin the Elder, who designed several buildings for members of the Rosenhane family, although this attribution is not entirely certain. Before this church was built, the parish used a wooden church, demolished in the early eighteenth century, while the parish's oldest church was a medieval stone building whose ruin lies about 500 metres to the north of the current site.

Construction began in 1672, and the octagonal central building was consecrated on 29 June 1688. The porch to the west, completed in 1704, houses the church bells in its upper storey. An early wooden sacristy built in 1711 on the south-western side was replaced between 1766 and 1768 by the current sacristy to the north-west. The walls are built of natural stone rendered in yellow, with brick used in the porch and sacristy, and the building is capped by a copper-clad dome with a lantern. The exterior has remained largely unchanged since the 1760s, though the church has undergone several restorations, most recently in 1994.

Inside, visitors can see an altarpiece made in 1709 by Jonas Ullberg and a Baroque pulpit from the same year. The font, of unpolished grey granite, dates from 1936, offering a striking contrast to the older woodwork.

The church's main organ has its own history of movement and rebuilding: it was originally built in 1754 by Jonas Gren and Peter Stråhle of Stockholm for Västerlövsta church, before being relocated to Järlåsa in 1882. It was later altered and restored several times, most substantially between 2009 and 2011. A separate, smaller choir organ was built in 1989.
