Fiskebäckskils kyrka is a wooden church in Fiskebäckskil on Sweden's west coast, now part of Lysekils södra parish in the Diocese of Gothenburg. Built in 1772 on a sloping site above the shore, it replaced an earlier medieval church nearby.

The church stands on an east-west axis on a south-facing slope, its northern side close to ground level and its southern side raised on a high foundation wall. It was built in 1772 to replace a red-painted, turf-roofed wooden church dating from the late 1500s, said to have stood a little further down the hill. That older building was reportedly too small and in constant need of repair, prompting the construction of the present church.

By the early twentieth century the church again proved too small for the congregation. In 1913 it was extended by moving the chancel eastward, with a new sacristy added and the tower raised, to designs by the architect Charles Lindholm.

Inside, the barrel-vaulted wooden ceiling and walls carry decorative paintings completed in 1783 by Joachim Gotthard Reimers, showing angels, heaven and hell, and a sequence of biblical scenes drawn from both the Old and New Testaments. Earlier paintings, possibly from the 1740s, are said to show through in places, suggesting that timber from the earlier church may have been reused. The scheme was extended when the chancel was enlarged in 1913, and an image of hell above the west gallery was painted over around 1870.

Among the furnishings is an oak font carved from a single piece of wood in the 1600s, a pulpit made in Gothenburg in 1792 that was originally intended for the city's cathedral before coming to Fiskebäckskil in 1794, and an altarpiece dated to 1665. The church's single bell was cast in 1535, probably imported from the Netherlands, and carries a Latin inscription naming its founder and the year of casting.

The present organ was built in the 1960s by Tostareds Kyrkorgelfabrik, incorporating an older case front; earlier organs on the site date back to the early 18th century. In the churchyard lies the grave of the painter Carl Wilhelmson.
