Utby kyrka is a parish church in the village of Utby, in Mariestad Municipality, Västra Götaland County, within Skara diocese. Built in the 1870s, it replaced an earlier medieval church on the same site and now belongs to Ullervad parish.

The present church was built between 1871 and 1872 to designs by the architect Axel Fredrik Nyström, at a reported cost of 13,000 kronor. It replaced an older medieval church that had previously stood on the same spot; a small painting depicting the earlier building is kept in the sacristy.

The building is Gothic in style, with a nave, a five-sided apse to the east, and a slightly narrower tower to the west. The sacristy is housed within the five-sided apse behind the choir. In 1964 the roof covering of the tower and lantern was changed from wooden shingles to copper sheeting.

Among the church's furnishings is a late-medieval triumphal crucifix, which survived from the earlier medieval church and provides a direct link to the site's older history. The font is thought to date from 1927, and the organ was built in 1880 by Johannes Magnusson of Gothenburg.

Visitors will find the interior characteristic of nineteenth-century Swedish church architecture, with an emphasis on light and open space, offering a bright and airy atmosphere within the Gothic form.
