Vadsbro kyrka is a stone church in Bettna parish, near Flen in Södermanland, standing in the small village of Vadsbro. Its origins go back to the twelfth century, though its present appearance owes much to later additions and burial chapels.

The church was built during the 1100s, but its exterior character today is shaped largely by two burial chapels added centuries later: the Ryning chapel, dating from the 1650s, and the somewhat plainer Falkenberg chapel from the early 1700s, built alongside it.

Inside, the church retains star-shaped vaulted ceilings from the 1400s, decorated with wall paintings added in the 1460s. These medieval vaults and their painted decoration remain among the building's most distinctive features for visitors interested in church art of the period.

A freestanding wooden bell tower was erected in 1653–1654. The two larger bells date from this same period, cast in 1653 and 1654 respectively, while a smaller bell was added later, in 1876.

Among the church's furnishings, a font carved from Gotland marble with a granite base dates back to the 1200s, making it older than much of the current building's visible fabric. The church also contains a notable collection of epitaphs, displayed both in the nave and on the gallery, reflecting its long use as a place of burial and commemoration by local families.

The organ was built in 1904 by the firm Setterquist & Son; a local newspaper of the time recorded that the parish sent the makers a token of thanks, a small detail suggesting the instrument was well received.
