Njutångers kyrka is a parish church at Njutånger, in Hudiksvall Municipality, serving the Enånger-Njutånger parish of the Church of Sweden within Uppsala diocese. Built of grey stone, it stands as one of the historic churches of the Hälsingland region.

The oldest part of the building, forming the nave of the present church, is thought to date from the 1100s or 1200s and was constructed of local grey stone. During the later Middle Ages, probably in the 15th century, the chancel was widened to match the width of the nave, and a sacristy was added to the north-east and a porch to the south-west.

The vaulted ceiling carries limewash paintings from the first half of the 16th century. These were covered over in 1705, apparently as part of wider changes to the interior, and were only rediscovered and uncovered again in 1928, giving visitors a rare glimpse of pre-Reformation decoration.

Towards the end of the 17th century a private gallery, known as the "bruksläktaren", was installed, reportedly intended for the family associated with the Iggesund ironworks. Early in the 1700s the ironworks owner Isac Breant is said to have brought in master masons from Stockholm to carry out repairs, enlarge the windows, and remove this gallery, replacing it with a new one at the west end.

Among the church's furnishings, the font is the oldest surviving object, carved from Gotland limestone in the 13th century. The pulpit, by contrast, is a later addition in the late Baroque style, made in Stockholm during the 18th century.

The church has had a succession of organs. An early instrument was acquired in 1885, followed by a larger organ in 1912, and another rebuilt in 1953 with later renovation. The current organ, installed in 2015, was built by Helmut Lutz of Budapest and has 24 stops across two manuals and pedal.
