Ucklums kyrka is a nineteenth-century parish church in Ucklum, Stenungsund Municipality, part of Spekeröd-Ucklums församling within the Diocese of Gothenburg. Built to replace a medieval church a little way to the north-east, it stands near the shore of Lake Hällungen.

The present church was built in 1859–1862, replacing an older medieval parish church that stood at a site known as Prästgärde, roughly a mile to the north-east. When the new building was completed the old church was demolished and its stone reused in the new construction; the site is now a disused churchyard marked only by a stone setting. The new church and churchyard were sited to take advantage of a view towards Lake Hällungen and the steep cliff of Börs flåg, though tree growth has since obscured much of this outlook.

The church was designed by the architect Albert Törnqvist, who also worked on Karlstad Cathedral, and built by master builder Anders Persson. Construction began in 1859 but a fire caused by a lightning strike to the tower delayed completion, and the church was not consecrated until 1862. Its style blends restrained neoclassicism with simplified Gothic Revival details, seen in the pointed-arch windows, doors and altar niche set against an otherwise classical plan. The whitewashed rectangular nave, five-sided eastern sacristy and stone west tower are built on a solid natural-stone foundation, with slate roofing and an octagonal lantern topped by a gilded cross, repainted from white to grey in recent decades.

Inside, the church retains much of its original fittings, including the altar, altarpiece and altar rail, all dating from the time of construction. The used pulpit, painted grey with gilded and green decoration, also dates from the church's building period. A second, older pulpit—a seventeenth-century piece moved here from the earlier church and restored in 1970—stands above the south-east pew block and is comparable to pulpits found in several nearby Bohuslän churches; it carries painted evangelist panels with old Danish-language biblical texts.

The font is medieval, dated to the mid- or late thirteenth century, carved from local grey gneiss with an unusual band of acanthus-scroll ornament, and a soapstone base shaped like a spool. It is similar to the font at Jörlanda church and thought to be the work of a relatively simple local craftsman. Two bells hang in the tower: one, undated and of late-medieval type, was moved from the old church's bell frame and is traditionally said to have been cast around 1670 by a travelling bell-founder, though its form suggests it could be older; the other was cast in 1981.

The organ was built in 1861 by Johan Nikolaus Söderling, enlarged in 1912, substantially altered in 1960, and restored in 1979 in an attempt to recover something closer to Söderling's original instrument; it now incorporates pipework from several periods, including a stop salvaged from a demolished organ at Forshälla church. A memorial stone in the churchyard park commemorates a local schoolteacher and organist whose widow donated the surrounding parkland to the parish after his death. The church has also been noted in more recent local history in connection with the parish sheltering refugees.
