Odensvi kyrka is a parish church in Köping Municipality, Västmanland, set in the valley of the Kölstaån stream. Consecrated in 1777, it belongs to Köpingsbygdens församling within the Diocese of Västerås, and stands near the old timbered rectory of Dybecksgården.

The present church replaced an earlier medieval building dating from the 1200s, which was destroyed by fire in April 1776. The new church was built the following year, reusing the north wall and sacristy of the old structure, and was consecrated in November 1777. It has a stone-built rectangular nave with a narrower, rounded chancel to the east and a tower to the west, with a sacristy attached to the nave's north side. The interior is covered by a wooden barrel vault.

The church's exterior combines smooth-rendered nave walls with a roughcast tower, its corners and openings marked by smooth plaster bands. Round-arched windows with black-painted cast-iron frames and hand-blown glass panes add texture to the façades. The nave roof is covered in black-painted sheet metal, while the tower has a copper-clad dome and a panelled lantern.

Internal changes came in stages: an 1885 renovation, carried out to the designs of architect Ferdinand Boberg, introduced cement flooring throughout (except in the sacristy) and open pews. A later remodelling of 1949–1950, following a scheme by architect Bernhard Schill, replaced these with the closed pew arrangement seen today, alongside the installation of electric heating.

Among the church's furnishings is a pulpit dating from 1638, notably older than the current building, suggesting it survived from the earlier medieval church. The carved framework of the altarpiece was made in 1757–58 by the sculptor Jonas Holmin of Västerås.

The church has had a series of organs across its history, each lost or altered as the building itself suffered fires and rebuilding. Earlier instruments were destroyed in fires in 1659 and 1777; a new organ built in 1845 was later incorporated into the current instrument, built in 1927 and subsequently modified and restored during the twentieth century.
