Forsa kyrka is a parish church beside the kyrksjön (church lake) in Forsa parish, near Hudiksvall in Gävleborgs län, and belongs to the Forsa-Högs parish within the Church of Sweden's Uppsala diocese.

The present building was constructed between 1840 and 1845 on the site of an earlier medieval church, of which the north and east walls and the sacristy survive. The church consists of a rectangular nave with a projecting sacristy to the north and a west tower topped with a lantern. Inside, the space is broad and open, covered by a barrel vault, and there is no clearly defined chancel — the eastern end of the nave simply serves that function.

Among the church's most notable treasures is a wooden sculpture of Saint Olov, thought to date from the second half of the 13th century, making it by far the oldest object in the building. The church also holds two large altar cabinets and around a dozen further saints' shrines and wooden sculptures, most of which are believed to date from around 1500, giving a good sense of late medieval devotional art.

The pulpit dates from the mid-19th century, contemporary with the rebuilding of the church. A thorough restoration in 1936 introduced a new altar together with a large altarpiece painted by Tor Hörlin. A limestone font with an accompanying silver baptismal bowl was added in 1938.

The church's main organ was built in 1923 by the firm Gebrüder Rieger of Jägerndorf (then Czechoslovakia), though its façade is older, dating from an earlier instrument built in 1850 by Jonas Wengström of Ovanåker. A smaller mechanical chancel organ was added in 1990 by the Härnösand firm Johannes Menzel Orgelbyggeri.

An unusual local survival is the husförhör, the old parish catechetical examination, which is still marked annually in the parish, albeit in a modernised form rather than its historic character.
