Rydöbruks kapell, in the Hylte district of Halland, is a small parish chapel with an unusual history of fire and faithful reconstruction. Built in 1957–1958 to replace an earlier chapel destroyed by fire, it stands on a pine-covered rise above the Nissan river.

The chapel that stands today is a careful rebuilding of its predecessor, an earlier chapel of 1922 that burned to its foundations on 10 April 1957. That earlier building had itself been constructed from reclaimed timber from Högdala farm, donated by Rydö Bruk, timber which in turn was said to have come largely from Torup's old medieval church. This layered reuse of materials gives the site a continuity stretching back well before the current structure.

When the chapel was rebuilt after the fire, the Chapel Building Society reproduced the exterior exactly, following the original designs by the architect Karl Martin Westerberg. For the interior, designs already drawn up in 1954 for a planned renovation were put to use instead, meaning the inside of the new chapel reflects mid-1950s taste rather than a simple copy of the 1922 original.

The freestanding bell tower is older than the present chapel and survived the 1957 fire untouched, having been erected in 1925. It was later adapted in 1989 to house a parish hall, giving it a continuing practical role alongside its original function.

Inside, visitors can see a triptych altarpiece by Erik Olson and a pulpit with four carved evangelists by Walter Bengtsson, along with a granite font cut by Mauritz Larsson in 1957 and a silver sculpture on the north wall by Hans Fagerström from 1970. The chapel's first organ, built in 1955, was destroyed in the same fire that claimed the earlier chapel; the current pneumatic organ was built in 1958 by Tostareds Kyrkorgelfabrik.
