Skärvångens kapell: The chapel was built in 1884 as a school building with a teacher's residence and a schoolroom, which was also used for church services.

Since 1939, when the school moved, the hall has been used only for church services. The chapel was given a more church-like appearance during a renovation to designs by the architect Otar Hökerberg in 1957. The nave occupies the southern half of the building. Before 1957 it was smaller, had a low flat ceiling, and the altar was placed between the windows of the south wall. In the rear wall was the entrance to the hall from a porch inside an outer door in the middle of the building's west long side. During the renovation the room was widened to the north, the altar was moved to the north side of the room, and the entrance in the south gable was closed off. Since then the church room has been divided into three aisles with a barrel vault over the central aisle and a flat ceiling over the side aisles.
