Möja kyrka is a wooden church on Stora Möja in the Stockholm archipelago, consecrated in 1769 to designs by fortification master builder Carl Öhrn. Reached by boat, it stands beside a bay midway between Möjaström and Berg, and holds oil paintings dating from the 16th to 18th centuries.

An earlier chapel is known to have stood on roughly the same site since at least the 1630s, a knuttimrat (log-built) structure with a tarred bark roof that was demolished in 1768 to make way for the present building. The current timber church, raised in 1768–69, has a rectangular nave with a sacristy to the north and a porch to the south. Its tower, added in the 1880s in a neo-Gothic style with a lantern, is a familiar silhouette among the outer archipelago's churches, and the exterior is finished in pale grey boarding with brown trim.

The interior seen by visitors today largely dates from a lengthy restoration that began in 1924 and was not completed until 1938. The chancel floor is raised a step above the nave, and the space around the altar was designed to give it a dignified setting. Above the altar hangs an oil painting of Christ on the cross, generally dated to the early 18th century, set within a later 18th-century frame. The pulpit, positioned on the north wall between chancel and nave, is a 1924 copy modelled on an earlier 17th-century pulpit; that original is preserved in a small museum housed in the tower, along with older drawings of the church.

Other notable furnishings include a wooden font in Gustavian style from the late 18th century, with a marble bowl and decorative marbling rediscovered under later grey paint. Two older paintings are of particular interest: a 16th-century work depicting the betrothal of Saint Catherine of Alexandria, and a 17th-century copy of Rubens' Lance Thrust. Three chandeliers hang in the nave, the oldest a cast brass piece from the late 17th century decorated with a double eagle.

A striking three-masted votive ship hangs in the chancel. Sources differ on its origin: one account describes it as a copy made by Wilhelm Andersson of Lökaö, while another dates the copy to 1926, made after the parish lost an earlier votive ship in 1885; in both cases, the original is said to be held in a museum, though the sources disagree on which one, giving the Historical Museum and the Nordic Museum respectively.

The church bells reflect several periods: the largest bell dates from 1794 and the smallest from 1745, both cast by G Meyer of Stockholm, while a middle bell was added in 1913. The organ has also been rebuilt more than once, most recently in 1982, incorporating a façade retained from an 1855 instrument.
