Gräve kyrka is a parish church in Tysslinge församling, in the western part of Örebro kommun, Sweden, within the Diocese of Strängnäs. Its origins reach back to the 1100s, and it remains the parish church for Gräve socken.

The church's most striking survival is its tower, built in the Romanesque style, probably in the latter half of the 12th century. Unusually for a Swedish parish church tower, it contains a chapel within it, a feature that sets Gräve apart from many neighbouring medieval churches.

Most of the original medieval church was demolished in the 1760s, with the tower deliberately retained. Between 1762 and 1764 a new nave with a three-sided chancel was built onto the old tower, giving the church much of its present form. The sacristy, thought possibly to date from the 1500s, was kept during this rebuilding. A restoration in 1899 added a wooden floor to the interior.

Today the nave, chancel and sacristy have dark-painted sheet metal roofs, while the exterior walls are rendered and painted a pale pink, giving the building a distinctive and unified appearance despite its patchwork history.

Inside, the furnishings largely reflect the 18th-century rebuilding: the current altarpiece and pulpit both date from the 1762–1764 works, replacing an earlier pulpit of 1635. The limestone font is more recent, added in 1930. Of the two bells, the smaller was cast in 1590 by Borchart Jensen, and the larger in 1617, giving visitors a tangible link to the church's pre-rebuilding history.

The organ, installed on a gallery built in 1934, was supplied by the Örebro firm E. A. Setterquist & Son and later enlarged in 1959 by their successor firm.
