Fläckebo kyrka is a parish church of the Church of Sweden, standing on a rise above the fields surrounding Fläcksjön, in Västerfärnebo-Fläckebo parish, Västerås diocese. Its medieval core has been much altered over the centuries.

The church's origins date to the later 15th century, when it was built as a simple rectangular building with a saddle roof, a porch to the south and a sacristy to the north, with a separate wooden bell tower standing outside the east wall.

By the 18th century the building had become too small for the parish. A major extension was carried out in 1798 under master builder Eric Sjöström, adding a larger chancel to the east and enlarging the sacristy to the north. A distinctive timber bell turret, locally nicknamed "höpåsen" (the hay rack), was raised over the centre of the nave to replace the demolished stapel.

Further changes came in 1877, when architect Oskar Eriksson replaced the central turret with the present west tower, complete with four clock faces and a copper-clad spire; the roof covering was also changed from shingles to sheet metal, and the windows were enlarged. An interior remodelling followed in 1893–94 under architect Agi Lindegren, when the old closed box pews were replaced with the open benches seen today, the chancel's barrel vault was decorated with painted ornament, and a stained-glass window was installed above the altar. The vaults over the rest of the church were similarly decorated in a further refurbishment in 1926.

Among the church's furnishings are several medieval sculptures, including a 15th-century carving of Saint Michael, and a triumphal crucifix believed to date from the late 1400s, mounted on the south wall of the nave. The sandstone font is thought to be the oldest object in the church, possibly dating from the close of the 12th century. The altar, its later-modified altarpiece, and the pulpit were all made in 1832 in a neoclassical style.

The current organ dates from 1935 and has 17 stops, but its case is older, surviving from a predecessor organ of 1862 whose pipework is no longer in use.
