Östra Vrams kyrka is a small medieval church in the village of Östra Vram, Skåne, part of Tollarps församling within the Diocese of Lund. Its origins reach back to the 1100s, and it retains a striking collection of medieval woodwork and wall paintings.

The church was raised in the early medieval period in Romanesque style, built from local stone in the manner typical of Skåne's rural parishes. In the 15th century it was substantially altered: the nave was given vaulted ceilings and a tower was added, changes that reflect a broader pattern of Gothic-era remodelling seen across many Scanian churches of the period.

Inside, fragments of Romanesque wall paintings have survived, offering a glimpse of the church's earliest decorative scheme, though much of the original scheme has presumably been lost over the centuries.

Among the most notable furnishings are two medieval oak altar cabinets. One depicts the Madonna and originally carried several carved relief panels in its doors, of which only a single scene, showing the Nativity, remains today. The other is dedicated to the Norwegian saint Olof, shown with a subdued figure beneath him; its doors have also suffered damage, with some reliefs missing. A triumphal crucifix from the 15th century, attributed to the so-called Master of the Östra Vram Crucifix, is also preserved in the church, an interesting example of regional medieval woodcarving.

The altarpiece dates from 1630, and the pulpit and pew furnishings are said to belong to the same period, giving the interior a coherent early 17th-century character alongside its older medieval pieces.

The church's current organ was built in 1953 by Olof Hammarberg of Gothenburg and is a mechanical instrument; an earlier harmonium had been used before its installation.
